Job Title: Support Desk Personnel
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Cross River, Edo, Imo, Kaduna, Kano, Lagos, Osun, Rivers, and Sokoto
Employment Type: Contract
Role Objective
- The Support Desk Personnel will serve as the primary on-site point of contact for hospital staff and patients interacting with the organization’s procured digital technology suite and oncology access initiatives.
- The goal is to reduce operational burdens on hospital staff while facilitating seamless patient navigation through program processes and diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical & Digital Support: Serve as the first-line support for our digital solution, providing system guidance and basic troubleshooting for users.
- Patient Navigation: Assist patients in navigating program pathways, including enrollment activities and referral to immunohistochemistry (IHC) diagnostic services.
- Program Coordination: Facilitate program processes within hospital workflows and communicate operational challenges to the program team
- Administrative Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of Support Desk activities and provide periodic operational updates and insights.
- Ethics & Compliance: Ensure all patient interactions and data handling remain compliant with NDPR (Nigeria Data Protection Regulation) and hospital confidentiality protocols.
Required Qualifications & Competencies:
- University degree in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or any of the medical sciences.
- Background: Experience in healthcare coordination, hospital administration, pharmacy or technical support.
- Skills: High digital literacy, strong communication skills, understanding/ experience working Nigeria’s healthcare system and the ability to operate effectively within hospital environments.
- Attributes: Demonstrated ability in patient engagement and problem-solving.
Salary
N200,000 - N225,000 per month.
