Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Training Coordinator to organize and oversee training programs, workshops, and professional development activities.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling sessions, coordinating participants, and ensuring successful delivery of training initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate training programs and workshops.
  • Communicate with participants regarding schedules and requirements.
  • Maintain training records and attendance reports.
  • Assist facilitators with training logistics and materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in training administration is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
