Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Identify and report machine faults, breakdowns, or production issues promptly.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and production targets.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Keep the work area clean and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND, Trade Test, or equivalent qualification.
• 1 - 3 years of experience operating machines in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and under minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Salary
Competitive and negotiable based on experience.
