Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Dialux & Lighting Design)

Location: Onikan, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in Dialux Evo and lighting project estimation.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing lighting designs, conducting quantity take-offs, developing BOQs, preparing project cost estimates, and supporting the successful execution of lighting projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop lighting layouts and calculations in line with project requirements.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material schedules.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
• Analyze supplier quotations and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Interpret architectural, electrical, and lighting drawings.
• Prepare project reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Support project execution and monitor project costs.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in lighting projects, estimation, or quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in Dialux Evo.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in lighting, electrical, or building services projects is highly preferred.
