Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and organized Wellness Program Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement health and wellness initiatives aimed at improving the well-being of individuals, families, and organizations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage wellness programs, seminars, and health awareness campaigns.
- Schedule and organize health consultations, trainings, and workshops.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new clients and participants.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities and participant engagement.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding wellness initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of health promotion strategies.
- Monitor program effectiveness and prepare activity reports.
- Follow up with participants to encourage continued engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of health and wellness concepts is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
