Job Summary

  • Chikatina Hairs is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Agent to join our Customer Care Division.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and driving sales through excellent customer engagement.
  • The successful candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, and other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and recommendations.
  • Process customer orders accurately and follow up to ensure successful delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into paying customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Provide feedback on customer concerns, preferences, and market trends.
  • Meet customer service and sales performance targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related role is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and WhatsApp Business.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to use customer management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
