We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT) 

Summary

• We’re hiring goal-driven Sales Executives to market and sell plots/houses in our estate in Abuja.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and follow up on client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and site visits
• Conduct property presentations and estate site tours for prospective clients
• Close sales and guide clients through documentation and payment process
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
• Represent the estate brand professionally at all times

Requirements

• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Basic computer and smartphone skills for CRM/client tracking
• Residence in Abuja or willingness to relocate
• Prior real estate sales experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Salary
N350,000 monthly.
