We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Behaviour Analyst

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are looking for a Behavior Analyst to join our team and conduct assessments with each client, decide on the most appropriate intervention strategy and deliver effective treatment as needed.
  • Behavior Analyst responsibilities include meeting with patients, performing diagnostic assessments and working with families to ensure patients receive the medical attention they need.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients’ cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
  • Administer treatment and tailor interventions
  • Suggest additional treatment by other professionals as required
  • Operate within time, financial and other resource constraints
  • Remain abreast of changes in research on evidence-based practices
  • Advocate for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within society

Requirements

  • Knowledge of and adherence to applicable ethical codes
  • Knowledge of appropriate referral procedures
  • Excellent verbal and report writing skills
  • Calm, empathetic and patient demeanor
  • Ability to remain composed and adherent to best practices
  • Must be based in either Lagos, Ogun or Ibadan.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
