Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage office records, files, and documentation.
- Receive and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
- Maintain accurate records and office supplies.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous administrative experience is an added advantage.
Salary
N120,000 - N180,000 per month.
