Job Summary
- We are seeking an organized and proactive Laundry Manager to oversee daily laundry operations, supervise staff, maintain quality standards, and ensure excellent customer service.
- This role is ideal for a smart, detail-oriented individual with leadership potential and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day laundry operations.
- Supervise, train, and support laundry staff.
- Ensure quality control and timely service delivery.
- Monitor inventory and laundry supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
- Prepare basic operational reports and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team and solve problems.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Previous experience in hospitality, operations, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
