Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee human resource and administrative operations within the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR processes, supervising administrative activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing policies that support organizational growth and employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR and administrative functions of the organization.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and staff welfare.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
  • Supervise administrative teams and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Coordinate performance management and staff development initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Manage office facilities, logistics, and operational support systems.
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review.
  • Support executive management in strategic planning and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR and administrative management.
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, make decisions, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 / Month.
