Tango Fashions is a start-up fashion brand and fashion consultancy focused on high-end women's clothes, with our main operations in Surulere, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Productions & Operations Lead

Locations: Surulere, Obalende & Ikoyi - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are recruiting a responsible candidate to supervise our network of tailors, artisans and production partners in Surulere, Obalende & Ikoyi and ensure that production and operations for the fashion brand run smoothly and garments are delivered on time winning the satisfaction of our customers.

Duties

• Co-ordinate and follow up with tailors and production partners
• Collect and deliver fabrics and garments
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy
• Book Uber deliveries and collections
• Document all tasks with photos and daily reports
• Managing operations and solving bottlenecks

Requirements
Candidate must:

• Live within a commutable distance of Iponri or Obalende
• Have basic tailoring experience and understanding of measurements.
• Good writing skills (daily reports are essential)
• Strong sense of quality control and attention to detail
• Be able to arrive at work on time.
• Have a working and reliable phone.
• Be honest and hardworking
• This is an operations job and will not be customer facing nor will it include sales. You will lead on the co-ordination of production and operations.

Salary
N120,000 - N160,000 / Month.
