Job Title: Customer Acquisition Agent

Job Description

  • We are looking for ambitious, results-driven Customer Acquisition Agents to make it happen.
  • This is not a cold-calling job. This is a frontline growth role and your daily effort directly determines how many Nigerian businesses come online, get seen, and start earning. If you want a role where your hard work visibly moves the needle, this is it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit businesses, markets, and commercial hubs within your assigned territory
  • Identify and onboard genuine sellers with real products and a physical business presence
  • Help sellers create high-quality, accurate product listings on the Paseero platform
  • Verify seller details: valid phone number, confirmed location, available inventory
  • Build lasting, professional relationships that keep sellers active and transacting
  • Sell ad plans to sellers and earn 15% commission on every sale
  • A seller counts only when verified with a valid phone number, confirmed business location, and real inventory.
  • Listings count only when approved, which requires clear photos, accurate descriptions, and correct categories.

Requirements

  • Minimum of NCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline
  • Strong communication skills in English and/or Pidgin
  • Comfortable using a smartphone for data entry, photography, and apps
  • Lagos-based with ability to commute within assigned territory
  • Previous experience in sales, customer engagement, or field roles is a plus — NOT required

Compensation — What You Earn

  • Paseero offers a transparent hybrid model: a guaranteed base salary plus meaningful performance incentives. The harder and smarter you work, the more you earn.
  • Total Minimum Monthly Earnings for met targets: ₦114,000 (excluding sales commissions)
  • Additional Opportunity to Boost Total Compensation
  • Earn even more through sales commission and surpassed targets.
