We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lounge & Bar Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• A Lounge and Bar Manager in a restaurant oversees daily beverage operations, staff performance, and the guest experience.
• Train, supervise, direct, coach, counsel, and evaluate staff in the bar and lounge
• Assign and instruct bar and lounge staff in details of work.
• Manage and supervise the lounge staff to ensure a seamless service experience
• Deliver superior guest services, ensuring excellent customer experiences
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service
• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of beverages and food served at the bar.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and salesTrain, supervise, direct, coach, counsel, and evaluate staff in the bar and lounge.
