Job Summary

• Senior Manager Operations in a restaurant (Lounge) is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant & Lounge operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• They oversee various aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the restaurant's financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management: Hire, train, and supervise employees to ensure productivity and excellent customer service.
• Operational oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
• Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyze sales data to maximize profitability.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase revenue.
• Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
