Chilis Restaurant, a 24-hour restaurant with good quality of food and good services, is recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Ojuore, Sango Ota - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements

• Supervise artisans, contractors, and laborers daily - masons, electricians, plumbers, tilers, etc.
• Interpret architectural, electrical, and plumbing drawings on site.
• Ensure work follows the project plan, timeline, and approved specs.
• Coordinate material delivery and verify quantities/quality on arrival.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years supervising building/renovation sites. Restaurant/hospitality setup is a plus.
• Technical: Ability to read basic building drawings + understand BOQ.
• Soft skills: Leadership, problem-solving, good communication, honest, punctual.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.
