We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (9:00am – 7:00pm)

Description

  • We are seeking a smart, organized, and professional Front Desk Officer to manage daily front desk operations at a busy beauty and wellness centre in Lekki.
  • The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and must be able to provide a warm, professional welcome while efficiently handling appointments and front desk duties.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients professionally
  • Manage daily client bookings and appointment schedules
  • Ensure accurate recording of client information and services
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and walk-ins
  • Confirm and update appointments to avoid scheduling errors
  • Inform relevant service providers (stylists, nail technicians, spa therapists, etc.) of each client’s appointment schedule in a timely manner
  • Maintain proper records of daily activities
  • Ensure smooth front desk operations throughout the day
  • Record daily sales and submit end-of-day reports before closing

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage bookings accurately without errors
  • Good computer skills (Excel, POS, or booking systems is an advantage)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Must live close to Lekki or be able to commute easily
  • Must have completed NYSC.
