We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality audits and acceptance testing for all delivered sites, ensuring compliance with client specifications
- Conduct pre-acceptance inspections covering civil works, fibre deployment, equipment installation, and RF parameters
- Process and submit quality control documentation on client platforms (e.g. ISDP)
- Identify, document, and follow up on snag lists until full resolution and formal acceptance
- Provide technical guidance and real-time support to field technicians during installation and commissioning
- Maintain records of inspection results, non-conformances, corrective actions, and acceptance sign-offs
- Produce periodic quality performance reports for senior management
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Civil / Electrical / Electronics / Telecoms Engineering or related discipline
- PMP, Prince2, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in QA, site engineering, or project management in telecoms/civil infrastructure
- Experience with network infrastructure (fibre, RAN, transmission, power) and acceptance testing
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness for significant field travel
Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 / Month.
