Job Summary

  • This program is designed to develop future leaders by providing structured training, hands-on experience, and exposure to different business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured training and development program.
  • Rotate through various departments to gain a broad understanding of business operations.
  • Assist in daily operational and administrative activities.
  • Support departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports as required.
  • Learn and implement company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and mentors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or Lower Credit.
  • NYSC discharge certificate or exemption certificate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Maximum age of 30 years (where applicable).
