Job Summary

• Bourdillon Hotel & Apartment is seeking an experienced, creative, and highly skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of local and international cuisines.
• Excellent leadership and kitchen management skills.
• Ability to develop menus, control food costs, and maintain high food quality standards.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage kitchen staff effectively.

Salary
N300,000 per month.
