Job Description
- We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to handle sales transactions, assist customers, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- The ideal candidate should be attentive, organized, and able to communicate clearly with customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and process sales transactions accurately using computer systems or POS
- Handle cash and maintain proper transaction records
- Provide polite and professional customer service
- Ensure all monetary exchanges are properly recorded, with attention to detail to guarantee correct change and receipt issuance.
- Maintain the cash register in a balanced state, reconciling daily transactions and ensuring all discrepancies are reported and resolved promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
- Must have completed NYSC
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer-friendly and detail-oriented
- Preferably between 20 – 30 years of age.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
