Job Title: Executive Driver

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Executive Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and professional transportation services to company executives and authorized personnel.
• The role involves maintaining assigned vehicles in excellent condition, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations, and supporting administrative or logistics duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport executives to and from meetings, appointments, airports, and other official engagements.
• Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding executives' schedules, conversations, and company information.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any faults or maintenance needs promptly.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, fueled, and properly maintained at all times.
• Ensure all vehicle documents (insurance, licenses, permits, etc.) are valid and up to date.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Assist with the delivery or collection of official documents and other administrative errands when required.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, servicing, and vehicle repairs.
• Be available for occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency assignments as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a secondary school certificate (SSCE); additional qualifications are an advantage.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 5-7 years of experience as an executive or corporate driver.
• Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.
• Ability to use navigation tools such as GPS and map applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours.

Salary
N100,000 - N130,000 monthly
