Job Title: Client Success Officer

Job Overview

  • The Client Success Officer is responsible for owning the client relationship and driving recruitment processes from role intake to successful placement.
  • This role sits at the heart of revenue generation — ensuring that shortlisted candidates are effectively positioned, interviews are managed seamlessly, and offers are successfully closed.
  • The ideal candidate is commercially driven, highly organised, and confident in managing clients, influencing hiring decisions, and closing placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client briefing sessions to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Advise clients on market trends, salary expectations, and realistic hiring timelines.
  • Review shortlisted candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the feedback process.
  • Drive offer negotiations, manage objections, and secure successful candidate placements.
  • Build strong client relationships through post-hire follow-ups, satisfaction management, and repeat business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR consulting, account management, or a client-facing role.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations; agency recruitment experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and close opportunities.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Salary
N150,000 (Base) + Performance-Based Incentives.
