Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive to oversee administrative operations, coordinate office activities, and provide support to management.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and office operations
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain company records, files, and documentation

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 2–3 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
  • Professional appearance and attitude
