Summary
- The Social Media Manager develops and executes the organization’s social media and digital marketing strategies. The goal is to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and boost business growth through compelling content, targeted paid campaigns, SEO optimization, and data-driven performance analysis.
Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Community Management:
- Manage all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube).
- Create and maintain content calendars; monitor trends to launch innovative campaigns.
- Engage with the audience by promptly responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews.
Content Creation & Brand Alignment:
- Write, edit, and publish high-quality content for social media, blogs, websites, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce visually impactful assets.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:
- Plan and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize lead generation, traffic, and ROI.
SEO, Email Marketing & CRO:
- Implement SEO strategies (keyword research, metadata, page optimization) to drive organic traffic.
- Execute segmented email marketing campaigns and monitor metrics (open/click rates).
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and ad copy to improve conversion rates (CRO).
Analytics, Reporting & Collaboration:
- Track and report on KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Provide data-driven insights to management to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) and external agencies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Follower growth, reach, and engagement rates.
- Lead generation, customer acquisition, and website traffic.
- Organic search rankings (SEO) and email marketing performance.
- Conversion rates and digital campaign ROI.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. (Certifications in Google Ads/Analytics, Meta, or SEO are a plus).
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management and running paid digital campaigns.
Skills & Competencies:
- Technical: Social media management, copywriting, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing, CRO, and CMS platforms.
- Behavioral: Highly creative, strategic thinker, analytical, excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based, remote, or hybrid (as determined by management).
- Occasional after-hours flexibility required to monitor live campaigns, events, or urgent social media matters.
