Hikima Community Mobilization and Development Initiative (HCOMDI) is a woman led Non-governmental Organization established in 2006 organized and operating under the laws of the State and Federal Republic of Nigeria and is primarily working in areas of Education, Health and Good Governance.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Officer

Location: Sokoto

Job Purpose 

• The logistics Officer will manage procurement, transportation, warehousing, inventory control, assets management and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient project implementation in compliance with Donor and Organizational Policies.

Key Responsibilities 

• Support procurement planning and implementation
• Prepare procurement requests, Quotations, Bid Analysis and purchase orders 
• Ensure procurement processes comply with Donor and Organizational Policies 
• Maintain Procurement records and Documentations 
• Manage receipts, storage and distribution of project supplies 
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation
• Support Audits and Compliance reviews 
• Ensure proper tagging, tracking and maintenance of organizational assets
