Hikima Community Mobilization and Development Initiative (HCOMDI) is a woman led Non-governmental Organization established in 2006 organized and operating under the laws of the State and Federal Republic of Nigeria and is primarily working in areas of Education, Health and Good Governance.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: MEAL Officer

Location: Sokoto

Job Purpose

• The MEAL Officer will lead project monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning activities to ensure high quality implementation, effective tracking of results, evidence based decision making and compliance with Donor requirement. Conduct field monitoring, support reporting and promote organizational learning.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and Implement Project MEAL Plans, Indicator tracking tables and performance monitoring frameworks 
• Ensure accurate collection, verification, analysis and reporting of project Data 
• Conduct regular field monitoring visit to assess progress, quality and compliance 
• Monitor achievement of project outputs, outcomes and indicators 
• Support baseline, midline and endline assessments, surveys and evaluations
• Ensure Data quality through regular Data verification and validation exercise
• Compile Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports
• Track and document feedback received from communities
• Facilitate learning reviews and reflection meeting
• Provide technical support on Monitoring and Evaluation methodologies
