We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer / Invoicing Clerk

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Customer Relationship Officer/Invoicing Clerk will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing sales orders, generating invoices, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Receive and attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Maintain customer records and transaction documentation.
  • Coordinate order processing and delivery schedules.
  • Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices.
  • Prepare daily sales and invoicing reports.
  • Support the sales team in managing customer accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications.
  • Assist with sales administration activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in customer service, invoicing, or sales administration.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ERP or accounting software will be an advantage.
