We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Team Member

Location: Ogbomoso, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a member of the Production Team, you will support the creation, finishing, and delivery of concrete furniture and lifestyle products that reflect the company's design values and high-quality standards.
  • This role is ideal for enthusiastic team players who are passionate about craftsmanship, sustainable design, and learning new production techniques in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the manufacturing and finishing of concrete furniture and lifestyle products.
  • Support pre-production activities including material handling, batching, mixing, mould preparation, casting, and curing processes.
  • Maintain high-quality control standards throughout the production process.
  • Operate production tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Help organize the workshop and ensure workspaces remain clean, safe, and productive.
  • Collaborate with designers, production managers, and other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Participate in product packaging, inventory handling, and preparation for delivery or showroom display.
  • Uphold the brand's values of sustainability, creativity, innovation, and craftsmanship in every task.
  • Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE/ OND/ HND/ BSc with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Diploma or certification in Art, Design, Fine and Applied Arts, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or related fields is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, carpentry, furniture production, construction, design production, or workshop environments is beneficial but not mandatory.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N40,000 - N60,000 / Month.
