Job Title: Community Manager

Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Manager based in Lagos, with some flexibility for remote work.
• The Community Manager will build, grow, and manage online and offline communities, engaging with members, fostering communication, and ensuring a positive experience for all.
• Primary responsibilities include creating and curating content, moderating community discussions, organizing community events, and analyzing engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align the community's goals with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Community Engagement
• Ability to analyze engagement metrics and generate insights to improve community strategy
• Proficiency with digital tools for communication and content management
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a focus on fostering a positive community atmosphere
• Proven ability to build and manage vibrant communities, both online and offline
• Familiarity with the tech industry and its trends is a plus.
