Job Title: Junior Radio Field Support Engineer

Job Summary

• The Junior Radio Field Support Engineer provides on-the-ground technical support for wireless/microwave links and radio equipment installed at various sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical site inspections and routine preventative maintenance on radio towers and microwave equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve signal interference issues or link failures reported by the NOC.
• Assist in the installation, alignment, and commissioning of new radio links.
• Ensure all site activities comply with strict "Working at Heights" safety protocols.

• Capability to diagnoseservice-impacting failures under high pressure, especially during night-work or emergency repairs.
• A non-negotiable commitment to the safety of self and team members in potentially hazardous environments.
