Job Title: Sales Team Lead (Advantage Connect)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead (Advantage Connect) to drive business growth, manage sales teams, and oversee the performance of our Advantage Connect distribution network.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and supporting Life Planners (LPs) and partners while ensuring the achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and manage Life Planners (LPs) and partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and productivity.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to drive results.
  • Implement incentive and reward programs to motivate sales teams.

Team Leadership & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with LPs, team leads, franchisees, and partners.
  • Conduct regular engagement meetings and performance reviews.
  • Support the development of high-performing sales teams.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track sales activities, revenue performance, and business growth metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation across the distribution network.

Business Growth & Execution:

  • Support the implementation and growth of the Advantage Connect business model.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the customer and partner base.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, Insurance, Financial Services, or Channel Management.
  • Proven experience leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Salary
N300,000 per month.
