We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Supervisor

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Accounts Supervisor will oversee daily accounting activities, ensure accuracy of financial records, supervise accounting staff, and support management with financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations and transactions.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
• Support external and internal audits.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
• Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory accounting experience.
• A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAN) will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
