Job Title: Quality Control Manager - Water
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage quality control activities across water production processes
- Develop and implement quality policies, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with standards
- Oversee physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of water products
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP, HACCP, and company quality standards
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Manage audits, inspections, and quality documentation
- Train and supervise the quality team to maintain high performance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, Industrial Chemistry, or related field
- 7– 8 years experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within water, beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and laboratory testing
- Experience managing quality systems, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
