Job Title: Operations Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Description:

• As an Operations Analyst at Madison & Park Limited, you will play a key role in supporting the execution and coordination of experiential marketing and customer engagement operations.
• You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of engagement initiatives, identifying operational improvements, and providing insights that enhance customer experience and overall operational performance.
• Your contribution will help improve processes, strengthen execution efficiency, and support the company’s growth through effective experiential marketing and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of experiential marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and brand experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing activations, events, and customer experience touchpoints.
• Identify operational gaps that affect customer experience and recommend practical improvements to enhance delivery.
• Conduct basic market and customer observations to support experiential marketing planning and execution.
• Ensure smooth implementation of experiential marketing activities through effective coordination and process management as an Operations Analyst.
• Monitor the performance of experiential activities and provide feedback to improve future execution as an Operations Analyst.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs to ensure consistency in experiential marketing delivery within the scope of the Operations Analyst role.
• Assist in implementing operational improvements that enhance customer experience and engagement as an Operations Analyst.
• Stay updated on trends in experiential marketing and customer engagement to support continuous improvement in the Operations Analyst function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of operations management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive mindset with a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
