Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales function, drive revenue growth, expand market share, and manage high-performing teams across retail, corporate, SME, public sector, and agency channels.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive revenue generation and membership growth across all business segments.
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, agents, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, performance reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Medical, Retention, and Customer Experience teams to enhance client acquisition, retention, and product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, or a related field.
- Master's Degree and/or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- 8–10 years' progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience within the HMO, insurance, healthcare, or financial services sector is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving business development targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
