We are recruiting suitable Nigerian nationals to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanic II

Job Ref. No: IITA/P&C/NRS2026-022
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Contract: 3-years renewable contract

Duties

• Carry out planned preventive and breakdown maintenance of all water treatment, swimming pools, sewage systems, water treatment plant equipment and pump stations.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance functional mechanical workshop and proper handling of tools.
• Carry out washing of reservoirs, painting and assembling of parts.
• Conduct routine maintenance of water treatment plant (WTP).
• Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
Qualification:

• OND in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience, or Trade Test 1, 2, 3 with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.

• Sound technical and mechanical maintenance skills
• Strong preventive maintenance capabilities
• Effective technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
