Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, support revenue growth, and convert leads into long-term client relationships.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that increase market presence and profitability.
- You will serve as the bridge between market opportunities and our product or service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop growth strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Experience in B2B sales or corporate relationship management is an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
