We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Duration: 6 Months (with retention possibility based on performance)
Overview
- The successful candidate will assist in recruitment coordination, employee documentation, record management, and day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources while gaining practical experience in a structured and professional work environment.
- Ultimately, you will support the smooth execution of HR processes while ensuring compliance, organization, and professionalism across HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Provide administrative support for HR operations and internal communications.
- Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee and organizational records.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous HR internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Must be resident within Lagos State, preferably within reasonable commuting distance to Ikeja.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
