Job Description

• A reputable and fast-growing organisation is seeking to hire a competent, confident, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead its sales growth, strengthen customer acquisition, improve brand visibility, and support business expansion in Abuja. The ideal candidate must understand how to develop practical sales strategies, manage client relationships, identify new market opportunities, supervise marketing activities, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
• The successful candidate will develop and implement sales and marketing plans that support revenue growth and business visibility. The role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating marketing campaigns, monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, supervising customer engagement, and working closely with management to achieve agreed targets.

Requirements

• Applicants should possess relevant academic qualifications and practical experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer relationship management, or any related field.
• The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, good leadership ability, confidence in meeting clients, sound knowledge of digital and physical marketing channels, target-driven discipline, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N400,000 - N700,000 monthly.
