Job Description
- The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating technical construction activities, ensuring all works are executed in accordance with approved engineering designs, specifications, and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
- Interpret engineering drawings and ensure proper implementation.
- Monitor civil, structural, and related construction works.
- Ensure compliance with approved engineering specifications.
- Monitor contractor performance and quality control processes.
- Verify material specifications and construction standards.
- Prepare technical reports, site reports, and work progress updates.
- Coordinate inspections and maintain site housekeeping standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Support project quality and safety compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant construction experience.
- COREN registration required.
- Membership of NSE.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in engineering drawings and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
