Job Description
- The Builder is responsible for supervising physical construction activities, ensuring building works are executed according to approved standards, specifications, and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and building operations.
- Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, and contractors on site.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure all works conform to approved drawings and specifications.
- Control material usage and minimize wastage.
- Track project progress and report challenges promptly.
- Verify completed works before approval and sign-off.
- Enforce safety procedures and site regulations.
- Support project reporting and documentation activities.
- Assist in maintaining productivity and construction efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree or Higher National Diploma in Building Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years practical construction experience.
- Registered Builder; CORBON registration is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and quality standards.
- Excellent supervisory and coordination skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
