Green diagnostics is a fully operational Standard Tertiary research Laboratory with state of arts equipments. We conduct Tests ranging from PRENATAL FETAL GENOTYPE/CVS, Hormonal assay, Tumor markers for cancer detection, D-dimer, HIV(ELISA method), Renal function Test, Liver function, Heart function, Brain function, Hematology analysis, Parasitology, Microbiology and Immuno assays, Chorionic villus Sampling,Research for B.Sc, M.Sc & PhD Students, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Health and Wellness Manager

Job Summary

• Health and Wellness Manager designs, implements, and oversees programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. They typically manage wellness budgets, analyze health data, and coordinate with external vendors or healthcare professionals to foster a healthy, productive environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Program Development: Create holistic wellness initiatives (e.g., fitness challenges, mental health support, nutritional guidance).
• Data Analysis & Evaluation: Gather and review health-related data, survey results, and insurance metrics to assess the effectiveness of current programs.
• Policy Implementation: Design and update organizational wellness and safety policies.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with fitness instructors, health professionals, and wellness partners to deliver on-site or virtual services.
• Communication & Education: Promote awareness through internal newsletters, reference materials, and educational presentations on health topics.
• Budget & Administration: Manage the department budget, negotiate contracts, and oversee wellness incentive programs.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in health education, public health, psychology, or a related field, often coupled with experience in corporate wellness or HR management.
• Leadership: Strong ability to inspire teams, manage staff, and foster a supportive organizational culture.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate program benefits to employees and management.
• Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of statistical data gathering and interpretation to track progress.

N250,00 per month.
