We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute creative social media strategies aligned with the company’s brand goals.
• Draft monthly and weekly content calendars across all platforms.
• Create and produce engaging content, graphics, captions, reels, short videos, stories, and product demos.
• Personally shoot, record, edit, and present videos for the brand.
• Serve as the visible face of the brand when introducing products, services, promotions, and updates.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on all social handles like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, etc.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a strong online community.
• Monitor brand mentions, trends, and industry conversations.
• Run and optimise paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, awareness, and leads.
• Track performance metrics, analyse data, and prepare regular insight-driven reports.
• Collaborate with the customer service and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Support brand campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and product launches.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and storytelling (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.).
• Confident on camera and comfortable being the visible face of the brand.
• Proficient in design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Solid understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, and creative storytelling skills.
