African Natural Resources and Mines Limited (ANRML), established by African Industries Group, operates a fully integrated iron ore mining and processing plant in Gujeni village, Kagarko LGA, Kaduna state—the first of its kind in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager / Dy Manager - Interior & MEP

Location: Gujeni, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

  • Manage and coordinate all onsite construction activities, providing technical guidance on construction methodologies and project execution.
  • Oversee interior and finishing works, including civil, woodwork, plumbing, electrical, HVAC (air conditioning), and firefighting systems.
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of engineers, ensuring efficient execution of assigned tasks and timely resolution of project challenges.
  • Monitor project correspondence related to commercial matters and initiate necessary communications with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project review meetings to evaluate progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical queries related to drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure that all materials and equipment received at site meet the required quantity and quality standards.
  • Finalize project requirements and technical specifications in consultation with architects, consultants, and clients.
  • Ensure project completion within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards through effective resource management.
  • Prepare, verify, certify, and submit contractor and subcontractor measurements, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Liaise with the design team to obtain required drawings, details, and revisions as per project schedules.
  • Review construction drawings, identify discrepancies or missing information, and escalate issues for clarification.
  • Coordinate material sample submissions, reviews, and approvals with the design team and project stakeholders.
  • Enforce strict compliance with site safety regulations, procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, material records, and project correspondence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in project execution, site management, and coordination of multi-disciplinary construction activities.
  • Strong knowledge of building construction, interior fit-out works, MEP coordination, and project management practices.
  • Experience in contractor management, quantity verification, valuation, and contract administration.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Candidate with 7 to 10 yrs. of experience with interior & MEP work knowledge having varied exposure to interior works like tiling, painting, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, furnishing, wood work, false ceilings, doors & windows, Aluminum works etc.
  • The candidate should be aware of new trends in interiors The candidate must have worked & completed at least two projects in hospitality industry / high rise buildings / Town ships etc. Candidate should also possess exposure to land scaping.
