Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laundry Technician to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ironing, pressing, and finishing garments to a high standard, ensuring clothes are neat, wrinkle-free, and professionally presented before delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Iron and press washed garments using industrial irons and pressing equipment.
• Sort clothes by fabric type and ironing requirements.
• Adjust heat and steam settings appropriately to avoid fabric damage.
• Inspect garments for stains, damages, or missing items before and after ironing.
• Fold or hang finished clothes neatly according to company standards.
• Handle customer garments with care, ensuring cleanliness and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe ironing workstation.
• Follow health, safety, and fabric-care guidelines at all times.
• Work efficiently to meet daily turnaround timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a laundry ironer or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of different fabric types and ironing techniques.
• Ability to work with speed and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to drive is an added advantage.
