We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• To drive sales growth by identifying business opportunities, acquiring and retaining customers, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Promote and sell company products and services to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales performance.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
