Job Title: MEP Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The MEP Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations across construction projects, ensuring compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all MEP installations across project sites.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate MEP contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure timely completion of all MEP-related activities.
• Resolve technical issues relating to MEP systems.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
• Review and approve MEP materials and equipment.
• Prepare project-specific MEP reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in MEP engineering.
• COREN registration required.
• Membership of NSE.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, testing, and commissioning.
• Excellent coordination and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / month.
