Job Title: Barman / Mixologist

Responsibilities
- Drink Preparation: Mix ingredients accurately to create classic and specialty cocktails, givebeers to waitresses, and serve wines.
- Customer Service: Welcome guests, listen to their preferences, offer menu recommendations, and keep patrons entertained.
- Inventory & Restocking: Track supply levels, monitor stock, replenish bottles, garnishes, ice, and glassware.
- Compliance & Safety: Check customer identification to verify legal age, monitor intoxication levels, and follow food and beverage safety regulations.
- Bar Maintenance: Maintain a hygienic bar environment by wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and ensuringsafe keeping of bottles.
