We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Center Manager (Facility & Sales)

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Objective

  • Take complete business and operational ownership of the Abuja branch, focusing heavily on driving aggressive sales, safeguarding assets, and maintaining structured reporting lines directly back to the Lagos Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Actively look for, pitch, and secure event hall bookings (weddings, corporate conferences, and exhibitions) to reverse the recent operational slump.
  • Facility Management: Supervise the security, maintenance, and structural organization of the Highpoint Abuja complex (excluding cleaning labor scheduling).
  • Financial Reporting & Controls: Maintain clean, daily entries in the new financial dashboard to eliminate operational leakages, sharing reports directly with Lagos HQ as outlined in the new organizational chart.
  • Team Supervision: Monitor daily attendance and enforce employee handbook codes; hold the customer fulfillment officer accountable to targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Facilities Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in facility management, sales, business development, or operations management, preferably within the hospitality, events, real estate, or service industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales, securing business deals, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance coordination, and asset management.
  • Excellent financial reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and employee supervision skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting/dashboard tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in event center operations or venue management will be an added advantage.
